Golang Job: Contract Back-End Engineer

We’re looking for Back-End Engineering contractors to join a globally renowned challenger bank. This business has completely revolutionised the way people manage their finances, with innovation at the heart of its core and a refreshing new approach to the way banks traditionally operate.

The role is 100% remote and inside IR35. It’s a 6-month initial engagement with scope to extend to 12 months and further.

What experience you’ll need

• Proven back-end engineering experience with project examples.
• Skilled in Golang (Go) with evidence of a shipped product/project.
• Preferably experience in a FinTech domain such as payments, banking, loans, personal finance, fincrime, ledgers, investments or similar.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for skilled Back-End Engineers to help deliver the next phase of technology & product growth for a challenger bank and household name. These roles offer opportunities across borrowing, personal banking, operations, banking services and business banking.
If you’re skilled in anything related to web app functionality, internal tooling, product engineering, customer operations, data-driven platforms or similar, I’d like to hear from you.
FinTech experience not essential, but experience in shipping a product/app in Golang is needed.
